Abstract— Globally, several studies have shown that indoor alarms are fraught with multiple inherent risks because a large number of users are at risk inside buildings. Thus, the need for a fire safety management plan has been demonstrated as a tool to mitigate fire and related risks in learning facilities (University of Tabuk). In Tabuk, modern alarm systems have yet to be explored with the Internet of Things as the latest way to build public healthcare in depth. Therefore, this paper explores the information needed to develop alarm systems for Tabuk University buildings.
