ملخص الدراسة:

The concept of Affiliation is considered one of the centralconcepts that had a great attention in studies of social scienceand social psychological science, not to mention the philosophical studies that discussed the mental rooting of thisconcept including taking care of the concepts that are against it which are the psychological loneliness and the psychological exile. According to the importance given by psychiatrists to this concept, the social-political sciences scholars gave their perspective to define the psychological dimensions for Affiliation in all its forms which are family Affiliation, religious Affiliation, national Affiliation, social Affiliation, racial Affiliation, professional Affiliation, and political Affiliation is one of these forms. And according to these different theoretical researches of social psychological science and personality psychological science scholars, this research defined some psychological dimensions to the Affiliation concept and this was the purpose of the research. And since these dimensions reflected the social components for the political Affiliation it revealed a connection with many social psychological concepts that is relevant, such as social responsibility, social values, social sensitivity, social balance and many more.According to the results the research came up with some recommendations and suggestions.
