ملخص الدراسة:

Gaza strip recently have witnessed extensive urban revolution especially after permitting the import of building materials, these construction motion is mostly characterized by multi-story residential towers, the building towers is often characterized by not supporting broadband services using optical fiber because the lack of regulations and legislations that outlines the main requirements for the delivery of broadband services and future services, fiber optics technology is the next generation of Internet connection, where it capable of delivering triple play services. These services includes voice, internet access, and IPTV in high speed and good quality. This paper explains the recommended guidelines for conditions and requirements that engineering offices must be taken into account during design phase, which should be applied by the competent authorities before taking the building permit.
