ملخص الدراسة:
The study aimed to identify The degree of the availability of the standards of quality School plan in secondary Schools in Gaza Governorates and their relationship to the level of the achievement of objectives of the effective School. To achieve the study objectives, the researcher used the analytical-descriptive approach and designed two questionnaires for this purpose. The first questionnaire aimed to determine the availability of the standards of quality school plan, while the second aimed to measure the achievement of the objectives of the effective school. The study sample comprised (379) secondary school teachers. The study most important findings were as follows: The degree of the availability of quality standards in the secondary school plan in Gaza Governorates from the teachers’ viewpoint was large with a percentage weight of (74.00%). The level of effective secondary school in the Gaza Governorates from the teachers’ viewpoint was large with a percentage weight of (74.20%). There were statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the study sample’s estimates of the level of the quality of the secondary school plan in the Gaza Governorates attributed to the variable of gender, in favor of the female teachers. There were statistically significant differences between the mean scores of study sample’s estimates of the level of achievement of effective secondary school in the Gaza Governorates attributed to the variable of gender, in favor of the female teachers. There was a strong positive direct correlation between the degree of availability of quality standards in the secondary school plan in the Gaza Governorates and the level of the achievement of the objectives of effective school. Based on previous findings, the researcher proposed several recommendations, the most important of which were as follows: Involving school principals in ongoing training courses focusing on preparing school plans in accordance with the quality standards of the school plan. Holding workshops under the supervision of specialists in school planning at the beginning of the school year to critique some of the models of school plans. Holding courses for teachers to enhance their competencies in planning to meet future developments.
