ملخص الدراسة:

This study aimed to identify the degree of creativity management practice among principals of UNRWA schools in Gaza governorates, and its relationship with teachers’ achievement motivation. The study also aimed to investigate the significance of differences of respondents’ average estimation of creativity management and the degree of achievement motivation among teachers according to the variables of (gender, academic qualification, and years of service. To achieve the study aims, the researcher adopted the analytical-descriptive approach due to its relevance to the study topic. The original study sample consisted of (337) male and female teachers working in UNRWA schools in Gaza governorates To achieve the aims of the study, the researcher designed a questionnaire as a tool for the study It consisted of(63) items divided into (8)fields and used the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) program to analyze the data. Study Findings: 1. The findings of the study showed that the average total degree of the respondents’ estimation of creativity management practice among the UNRWA principals in Gaza Governorates in the questionnaire domains was (4.00) with a percentage weight of (79.92) and with a high degree of practice. 2. The arithmetic average of the paragraphs of the core (achievement motivation) was (4.45) Thu, ، the relative weight (89.07) with a very high degree of consent. 3. There was a statistically significant correlation at the level of significance (α≤ 0.05) between the means of the respondents’ estimations of the degree of the practice of creativity management by UNRWA school principals and achievement motivation. Study recommendations: Continue to launch initiatives that will help in the development of creativity among managers and holding them more training courses in the of (modern management - conducting procedural research). Supporting achievement motivation among teachers, either by UNRWA in Gaza governorates or by school principals it is also necessary to maintain high levels of motivation
