ملخص الدراسة:
Study aim: The study aimed to identify the level of organizational confidence among the United Nations Relief and Works Agency elementary school principals in Gaza Governorates and its relationship with the organizational climate prevailing among them from their viewpoint. Study Methodology and Tools: To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used the analytical-descriptive approach, used two questionnaires; the first is to assess the level of organizational confidence among the United Nations Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA) elementary school principals, and the second to measure, the level of the organizational climate prevailing among them. study population and sample: The study population consisted of all UNRWA elementary school principals in Gaza Governorates whose total number was (155) principals. the percentage of the sample which consists of (136) principals was (87.7%). The study reached several findings including: The level of organizational confidence of UNRWA primary school principals in Gaza Governorates from their viewpoint was large with a percentage weight of (80.07). The level of the organizational climate prevailing among the UNRWA primary school principals from their viewpoint was large with a percentage weight of (86.42). There was a medium statistically significant positive correlation between the scores of UNRWA elementary school principals in Gaza Governorates to the level of organizational confidence and the means of their estimates of the quality of the organizational climate prevailing among them. Based on previous findings, the researcher suggests several recommendations, the most important of which are as follows: Paying attention by the UNRWA Department to the implementation of all the creative proposals offered by the schools through the provision of incentives, rewards, certificates of appreciation, and celebrations in honor of all the events and creative and quality activities. Increasing the development programs for teachers within the framework of professional growth, during school hours and beyond through various events; training courses, workshops, and focus groups.
