ملخص الدراسة:

Study aim: The study aimed to identify the most important problems of the sharei (Islamic law) secondary education in the Gaza governorates and ways of overcoming them and to reveal the significance of differences between the variables of (gender - service). Study tool: To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher designed a questionnaire that included (40) items. Study population and sample: The study population consisted of all teachers in the sharei secondary stream whose number was (1059)) male and female teachers in the academic year 2016-2017. A random sample which included (234) male and female teachers, or approximately (22.09%) of the population was chosen. Study methodology: The researcher adopted the analytical-descriptive approach. Study findings: The most problems were related to the community and parents field which come in the first position with 60.6%, which reflects a medium degree, then the problems were related the students field come in the second position with 51.4% which reflects a medium degree, and then the problems were related to the teachers field come in the third position, with 25.4% percentage which reflects a low degree There were no statistically significant differences at (α ≤ 0.05) between the mean scores of sample members’ estimates of the problems facing sharei secondary education attributed to the variable of gender (Male - Female). There were statistically significant differences at (α ≤ 0.05) between the mean scores of the study sample members’ estimates of the problems facing sharei secondary education attributed to the variable of service in favor of those of more than 10 years of service. The study revealed the marginalization of the media of the status of teachers in the sharei stream. The study came up with a group of ways, the most important of which included: Highlighting the role of teachers in the sharei stream to the community and especially the media because of their important part in promoting this role.
