ملخص الدراسة:

The purpose of this study is to identify the availability degree of electronic services at secondary schools in Gaza's Governorates and its relationship to the competitive advantage from the perspective of teachers. It also aimed at unveiling the significance of differences in the average of the study sample to the availability degree of electronic services at secondary schools in Gaza's Governorates according to the study variables (gender, qualification, years of service). To fulfill the objectives of the study, the researcher has used the descriptive analytical design using a questionnaire as a tool for data collection. The study sample consists of 400 male and female teachers who received the questionnaire. The researcher has used the statistical packages SPSS Program to address the statistical data. After analyzing statically the questionnaire data, the study concluded the following results: The availability degree of electronic services in secondary schools has reached from the perspective of teachers to a moderate degree and relative weight of (63.20%). However, the level of the competitive advantage came out to a moderate degree and relative weight of (66.40%). There are statistically significant differences at the significance level ( (between the averages of respondents' estimation degrees to the availability degree of electronic services, and the level of competitive merit at secondary schools in Gaza's provinces due to the variable gender. Nevertheless, there are no statistically significant differences found due to the variable of (qualification and years of service). There is a positive and direct correlation relationship statistically significant at the level of significance ( ) between electronic services provided by high schools in Gaza's provinces and its competitive advantage. Based on the previous results, the researcher recommends the following: Developing the level of electronic services in schools provided to the beneficiaries through working on the development of electronic services at high schools, which reinforces its competitive status. Building clear and declared standards for the assurance of excellence in providing the electronic services and achieving the competitive merit for the school. This can be done through getting benefit from the scientific studies, workshops, and suggestions related to electronically providing services.
