ملخص الدراسة:
The present study aims at knowing the range effect of the last Israeli aggression 2014 (Al-Asif Al- Maakoul) on the professional performance of the Palestinian teachers in North Gaza from the psychological, social, educational and performance aspects. To achieve the study aims, the researcher used the descriptive analytical method which suits the phenomenon nature and the study subject. The researcher used a questionnaire to measure the effect of the 2014 Israeli aggression on the Palestinian teacher. The researcher designed the questionnaire and showed it to referees to assure its validity and consistency then the effect of 2014 Israeli aggression on the Palestinian teacher in the primary stage in North Gaza. As the researcher used a stratum random sample of the primary stage teachers in the governmental schools in North Gaza who teach in the bordered schools with a number of 60 teachers and with a percentage of 6.1% of the whole number 975 teachers of both genders, and the study questions were analyzed by using SPSS and the results came as follow: There is a high negative effects with a calculated percentile (76.6%) on the psychological aspect, as the results showed that there is a high negative effect with a calculated percentile ( 72.2%) on the educational process. Moreover, there is a high negative effect on the teacher performance field with a calculated percentile (64.8%) while the study showed that the effect of the Israeli aggression on the social aspect was moderate with a calculated percentile (53.8%). In the light of the results the study suggested many recommendations , the most important one is that there is a necessity to take care of the teacher after the 2014 Israeli aggression and to introduce to them a psychological guidance to get rid of the negative effects of the Israeli aggression on Gaza Strip.
