In addition to the possibility to achieve the goal of this study and another is to identify the obstacles that could stand in front of this form in the case of its application to the Islamic University, and how to overcome them. And the availability of the elements of the application of this model to the university academic Islamic. The importance of this study is that it applies to the Islamic University academic and shed light on the possibility of applying the European model of excellence for them.
