ملخص الدراسة:

The study was conducted between February–March 2015. It aimed at identifying the financial and administrative performance for the cooperative societies attached with the olive presses in the governorates of the West Bank. The study population was consisted of a total of (112) members of the administration committees in the cooperative societies of the olive presses who represented (15) active cooperative societies classified by the Palestinian Ministry of Labor._x000D_
The psoriasis sample was used. The retrieved questionnaires were (50) which represented 47% of the study population. To achieve the study goals, the descriptive method was used. A questionnaire of (59) paragraphs of five fields was designed and distributed on the study population._x000D_
The study results showed that the level of cooperative culture and thought showed high degree among the members. They also showed that the reality of the administrative and financial performance showed high degree whereas the results indicated a weakness in the training and qualifications processes implemented by the cooperative societies of the olive presses. Meanwhile, the results explained a weakness in the performance and the roles of the cooperative department in the Palestinian Ministry of Labor and the Agricultural Cooperative Union. _x000D_
The study recommended to activate the role of the Ministry of Labor to issue an up-to-date resolutions that meets the Palestinian needs in these fields. In addition, the necessity to establish and build new cooperative unions that adopt the cooperative societies and provide the financial and logistic support.
