ملخص الدراسة:

The study aimed to identify the role of preparing leaders training programs in promoting leadership skills among Palestinian youth participating in the Leadership Development Programs. The researcher used the descriptive analytical approach. The study population consisted of all graduates of Ibda'a institution for preparing leaders in the Gaza strip through the years (2012, 2013, 2014). A random sample of (227) graduates was selected whose percentage was(26.76%) of the study population. The results of the study showed that the role of preparing leaders training programs in promoting leadership skills among Palestinian youth participating in the Leadership Development Programs came with a relative weigh of (75.121%). The first rank was _x000D_
occupied by the first domain (the role of leadership development programs in strengthening the leadership skills of the trainees), which came with a relative weight of(83.612%), and was followed by the second domain (the role of the programs in the youth work environment), which came with a relative weight of (66.630%) . However ,the results showed that there were no statistically significant differences in the role of leadership development training programs in enhancing leadership skills among Palestinian youth participating in leadership development programs due to the variables of position type, and the training program. Additionally , another result was the absence of statistically significant differences in the role of the preparation of leaders training programs in enhancing leadership skills as perceived by young Palestinians due to the qualification variable.
