This research has explored some aspects of the relationship between the Palestinian National Authority and the United Nations Works and Relief Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East, "UNRWA", especially with regard to the privileges provided by the Palestinian Authority for UNRWA as an international organization and its staff, as well as the immunities granted to UNRWA and its staff, the research has proved that all privileges granted to UNRWA staff are not absolute but are limited and restricted to the point make the organization achieve its objectives, also the immunities granted to them are limited to acts related to their work in the organization.
