When the administration considers that the decision it has made is defective, This decision is the action that must be taken to correct the situation that resulted from its issuance The researcher adopted the analytical descriptive approach and the comparative approach by analyzing the Analysis of jurisprudential theories, rules and comparative legal texts of both Palestine and the Arab Republic of Egypt concerning the Withdrawal of administrative decisions. The most important results was the study concluded that the Palestinian legislator did not legislate the rules and provisions of the withdrawal of administrative decisions in the form of an independent theory codified. Rather the rules acquired from the administrative court were implemented. That. And The most important recommendations that there is need for the Palestinian legislator to control the rules and conditions of the administrative decision withdrawal. This should be arranged in a comprehensive way that draws from the normally practiced rules in addition to the verdicts of administrative courts and the opinions of jurists.
