ملخص الدراسة:

This study titled “Child’s Participation with Adults in a Murder Crime” tackles the issue of co-operation and participation in murder crime between young and adults people, and the resulting Islamic rulings in this regard. This has been achieved through explaining the meaning of childhood and the related terminology, and clarifying the limitations of young people’s responsibility for their deeds and actions. The study then highlighted the cases and forms of child’s participation with an adult in murder crimes. The study concluded by explaining the effect of this participation on the obligation of qisaas, retaliation in kind, deyah, the financial compensation paid to the victim in the cases of murder, and kaffarah, expiation, in addition to the impact of their involvement in the murder of their inheritor on denying them from receiving the inheritance._x000D__x000D_
