Hunger strike in the Zionist's prisons is one of the means used by Palestinian prisoners since 1967 to confront, rebel and reject the policy of systematic humiliation practiced by the occupation authorities and the prison administration in order to subdue the Palestinian Prisoners. Palestinian prisoners succeeded to force the jailer to give in to many of their demands, bow to their requests and meet their needs that guaranteed by all norms, conventions and international laws which the Zionist enemy neglects._x000D_
The latest strike (Al Karama) that Palestinian prisoners fought in spring of 2012 all over the Zionist prisons considered a shining page and great victory to prisoners against prisons administration. Al Karama strike has gained achievements to prisoners that had been withdrawn after the kidnapping of the Zionist soldier "Gilad Shalit" by the resistance in Gaza._x000D_
This study is a modest attempt aims to identify and review the historical hunger strikes Palestinian prisoners launched in prisons. In addition, it tries to address widely Al Karama strike that happened in 2012 as a modern model of hunger strike battles
