This is a descriptive analytic study. It tackles a dogmatic crucial issue which might lead to faith or deviation from the right path. Allah (the Great and Almighty) and Prophet Mohammed, peace and blessings be upon him, use some attributes and names that glorify the Almighty of Allah. On the other hand, they disprove other characteristics that dishonor Allah's mighty. Thus, those who want to stick to the right way must affirm the divine attributes that have been chosen by Allah himself or by Prophet Mohammed (PBUH). They should do that without any comparison, exemplification, dropping or shaping. At the same time, they must falsify the names or attributes that Allah and Prophet Mohammed have denied or refuted. This paper concludes that the method of virtuous ancestors, regarding this case and others, is the rightful one due to its appropriateness with Islamic precepts on the one hand, and other approaches are devious lead their followers to hell. The researcher recommends believers to do their best efforts in learning Allah's attributes and names according to virtuous ancestors' method. He also thinks that those who truly learn these names have a perfect faith than others.
