ملخص الدراسة:

This paper aims to find out the security and military objectives of the Israeli relegation policies after Oslo’s accord, the study addresses the concept of relegation, it’s types, forms and concentrated on the solidification the idea of relegation in Zionist thought. The study demonstrated that its origin goes back to year 1840, when one of Zionist leaders said: " A homeland without people for a people without a homeland ", which formed later as the groundwork for the idea of expulsion of Palestinians from their homeland. The paper also reached to a number of security and military aims, the most important of it is evacuating the Palestinian lands of the effective political leaders in the face of the Israeli occupation, and to strengthen the Israeli deterrence theory after losing it in the ongoing events in Palestine. The study ended by putting techniques to confront and resist the aims reached out by study on concerning of political and the media. The study showed up the weaknesses of both political and the media fields in the following up of the deportee’s case. In conclusion, the study recommended follow up this file by integrating all Palestinian efforts and ending the cleavage and by investment of the new media in facing of any coming relegation.
