ملخص الدراسة:

The study aims to investigate the reality of corporate’s social responsibility of the companies listed in Palestinian Stock Exchange. It focuses on analyzing the elements of corporate social responsibility and its impact on economic growth. It uses the descriptive analytical approach through multiple regression of Panel data. Using fixed effects for every sector ( services, Investment, Industrial, Bank an financial services ,Insurance) to the listed companies in Palestinian stock Exchange (48 companies) according to the published reports. The study finds out that every increase in the spending on society, customers, and staff service leads to an increase in GDP, while it does not find correlation between spending on shareholders and the increase in GDP. The study also finds out that contribution rate of the companies listed on the Palestine the size of the labor force in Palestine, and this requires the need to foster the culture of social responsibility and promote its trends to address the social problems. Furthermore, it finds out that there is weakness in the legislative and legal infrastructure of the social responsibility in Palestine. The study recommends the need for enacting legislation and laws to enhance, promote social responsibility, and motivate companies to fulfill their social responsibility by exemptions, tax deduction or governmental facilities.
