There are many barriers and problems in manual systems. Such as timeconsuming and costly to produce reports. One of these systems is the training system at the information technology (IT) faculty at the Islamic University of Gaza (IUG). The problems that the training system faced are following up on students registration, distribution, students performance during training, and student evaluation. We noticed training system problems when we have trained, so we have a motive to make this process easier for students and the training committee members. The aim of this project is to develop a web-based application to facilitate the training process management and automating all manual training procedures. The app is a web app it was built using 3-tier architecture: presentation tier that facilitates the user to deal with the application, Database tier that store app data, and business tier that represent the required functionalities from the app. It will make the training process easier also saving time and effort. This app is very important and useful for all stakeholders (The training committee, Enterprises, and Students) especially with the increasing number of registered students in the faculty. That requires increasing the number of supervisors and increasing the number of enterprises as well. After the construction of the app, we made a test for it by entering test data for four enterprises and twenty-five students, and the results have accepted based on the team perspective, That the system can be used easily and it performed the required functionality.
