ملخص الدراسة:

This study aimed to identify the main success factors of human resource planning at technical colleges in Palestine. It also aimed to examine the impact of various key variables on human resources planning success as a dependent variable. The study sample included (110) employees hold managerial positions at (7) technical colleges. The study instrument comprised a questionnaire specially designed for this study, and a comprehensive survey technique was used; where (98) questionnaires were collected. The researchers used the descriptive analytical method and the appropriate statistical tests were used for data analysis, using the SPSS package. The study concluded that 90.9% of the reasons behind the success of human resource planning was attributed to five independent factors used in the statistical model of the study. They include, 1) top management support, 2) policies of management and planning of human resource, 3) information availability related to human resource, 4) strategic planning and 5) work methods development. This result indicates a statistical significant impact of the previous five factors on the development of the success of human resource planning in the plastinian technical colleges. Therefore, this model can be used in forcasting.
