ملخص الدراسة:

This research aims to identify the incentive process and its relationship with organizational justice among the Palestinian police force in the Gaza Strip "field study", and to identify the staff awareness of the incentive and organizational justice concepts in the Palestinian police institution, and contribute in changing condition by increasing the effectiveness and efficiency of the police institution. Researchers used descriptive and analytical approach. The research community consists of all staff in the police centers in Gaza Strip reached 8132 a policeman and a police officer. A stratified random sample was selected to represent all categories. Research results: Research has shown a small approval percentage 47.8% for the sample members of the regarding the effectiveness of incentives, which demonstrates the weakness of the incentives system implementation of the police institution. Research has shown a moderately approval percentage 52.4% for the sample members, while procedural justice was 53% which reflects an obvious weakness in the distribution of roles, burdens and benefits properly. The research recommends decision-makers the Ministry of Interior to form specialized committees in HR to evaluate police leadership skills in using incentives to raise the performance level, and to measure their effectiveness to achieve the maximum desired benefit.
