ملخص الدراسة:

This study aimed to identify the degree of employment of electronic administration and its impact In the application of knowledge among the holders of senior and middle management positions in Palestinian universities, this study focused on the degree of the of employment electronic administration and its impact on the application of knowledge among at the Islamic University in Gaza. The study relied on the analytical descriptive approach. A questionnaire prepared specifically for this study , And distributed (120) questionnaire on the sample of the study and the collection of (94) analyzed by the SPSS program, the study reached a range of results, including: 1- The administration of the Islamic University of Electronic Management employs its five requirements (administrative, technical, security, human, financial) well and positively in the application of knowledge. 2 - The Islamic University has the requirements of electronic financial management and human resources and strongly influence the application of knowledge. 3 - It was found that there are no significant differences of statistical significance between the degree of appreciation of the sample to the degree of employment of electronic administration and its impact on the application of knowledge among the occupants of senior and middle management positions in the Islamic University attributed to personal variables. This study has several recommendations as follows: 1- The necessity of increasing the interest of the administration of the Islamic University in employing electronic administration in the application of knowledge by following up the latest international developments in the fields of electronic administration and application of knowledge. 2 - Follow up the introduction of computer and software developments on the work of the administrative, and monitoring human cadres and to stimulate them. 3 - Provide positive moral and material incentives for the staff of the university who apply new knowledge they receive from training and access, so that the university needs a system of control to determine who deserves it from the staff.
