ملخص الدراسة:

The study aimed to determine the degree to which the Arabic language books for the fourth, fifth and sixth grades of the basic education stage guarantee the rights of the child and to know the rights of the child to be available in our beautiful language books, In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the researchers prepared a list that contains the levels of children's rights and was classified into three levels:_x000D__x000D_
The first is the right to live in a family, the right to health and treatment, the right to eat and drink._x000D__x000D_
Second: Rights that ensure the child's proper development and includes three rights: (the right to education, the right to play, entertainment and friendship, the right to express and express opinion)._x000D__x000D_
Third: The rights of the child's protection include three rights: (the right of good treatment, his release to work, security and safety)_x000D__x000D_
In the light of this list, the Arabic language books were analyzed for the three grades (fourth, fifth, and sixth). The results indicated that the level of inclusion of children's rights books in the educational stage has increased to strengthen the human psyche so that the child can control his emotions and behavior so that he can deal with others and respect himself He is a good citizen .
