ملخص الدراسة:

The aim of the study was to know the viewpoint of the faculty member of the Palestinian universities in quality management processes related to it and to determine whether the quality management processes at the Islamic University reached the level of proficiency from the point of view of the faculty member and to determine whether there are differences in the views of the faculty members of the Islamic University according to the academic specialization ._x000D__x000D_
The study followed the analytical descriptive method through the preparation of a measure to know the views of the faculty members in the quality management processes in the Islamic University. The study society is composed of all 426 members of the faculty of the Islamic University, with their various degrees and grades. Of the total 41 faculty members. The results of the study were as follows: The general percentage of the views of the faculty members in the quality management processes at the Islamic University (60.26%) was less than the level of proficiency identified by the researchers (80%). Were not statistically significant in the average grades between faculty members in scientific colleges and their colleagues in humanitarian colleges. This is evidenced by the fact that all the members of the sample agree in their evaluation of the quality management processes in the Islamic University. The study recommended that the quality management of the university arrange its priorities in light of the available possibilities and the quality management in the university expand the work of its activities further. And the other priorities of its activities and future developments
