هدفالبحثتعرف تطبيق المشرفين التربويين للقيادة الخادمة بمکتب التعليم بأبها، وهلهناکفروقذاتدلالةإحصائيةفيدرجةتطبيق المشرفين التربويين في المکتب للقيادة الخادمة لمتغيراتالبحث (المرحلة، المؤهل، التخصص)؟ منوجهةنظرعينةالبحث. وقداستخدمالباحثالمنهجالوصفيوتمبناءأداةالبحثعبارةعناستبانة وتطبيقهاعلىعينة(392) ما بين معلم ٍومرشد ٍطلابيٍ ووکيل ٍوقائد في المدارس التابعة للمکتب خلالالفصلالثانيمن العام الدراسي 1437/1438ه، کمااستخدمالباحثبرنامج (SPSS) لإجراءعملياتالبحثالإحصائية. وقدتوصلتالنتائجإلىأنّتطبيق المشرفين التربويين في مکتب التعليم بأبها للقيادة الخادمة کانت بدرجة متوسطة، کما أظهرتعدموجودفروقدالةإحصائياًفي جميع الأبعاد مع المتغيرات. ومنخلالهاأوصىمکتب التعليم بأبهابإعداد استراتيجية لتطبيق القيادة الخادمة واستحداث برامج تدريبية على القيادة الخادمة لرفعمستوىالوعي بها، وإنشاء مرکز للعمل التطوعي. کذلک التشجيع على عمل دراسات مستفيضة في القيادة الخادمة، ورصد جائزة سنوية لأفضل مبادرة في ذلک، وافتتاح إدارات شورية للمعلمين لإبداء وجهات نظرهم في القرارات الصادرة والمساهمة في صنعها، وعقد لقاءات تعريفية عن بُعد للمستفيدين والراغبين في الاستشارات النفسية، وتخصيص منتديات خارج الدوام الرسمي. کمااقترحالبحثموضوعاتتستحق البحثفي المستقبل القريب.
The objective of the research is to know the application of educational supervisors for the leadership of the office in Abha. Are there any differences in the degree of application of the educational supervisors in the office for the leadership of the research variables (stage, qualification, specialization)? The researcher used the descriptive approach and tool was built on a sample and applied to a sample (392) between a teacher, a student counselor, an agent and a leader in the schools of the office during the second semester of the academic year 1437/1438 H. The researcher used the (SPSS) program to conduct statistical searches. The results found that the application of educational supervisors in the Abha Education Office for the servant leadership was of a medium degree, and there were no statistically significant differences in all dimensions with the variables. Through which the Office of Education recommended that Abha prepare a strategy for the implementation of the leadership of the servant and the development of training programs for the leadership to raise awareness and establish a center for volunteer work. As well as to encourage the work of extensive studies in the leadership of the servant, and the monitoring of an annual award for the best initiative in this, and the opening of departments teachers to express their views in the decisions issued and contribute to the manufacture and held remote meetings for beneficiaries and interested in psychological counseling, and the allocation of forums outside the office. The research also suggested topics worth exploring in the near future.
