ملخص الدراسة:

هدفت الدراسة الحالية الکشف عن درجة تحقيق عمادات خدمة المجتمع والتعليم المستمر في الجامعات السعودية للمسؤولية المجتمعية، والتعرف على متطلبات تحقيق المسؤولية المجتمعية، وأبرز المعوقات التي تحول دون تحقيق عمادات خدمة المجتمع والتعليم المستمر للمسؤولية المجتمعية. وتکوَّن مجتمع الدراسة من جميع عمداء وعميدات ووکلاء ووکيلات عمادات خدمة المجتمع والتعليم المستمر في الجامعات السعودية الحکومية خلال الفصل الدراسي الثاني من العام الجامعي 1441 / 1442 هـ . وقد استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي وکانت (الاستبانة ) أداة لها ، وتوصلت إلى مجموعة نتائج من أبرزها: إن أهم الادوار التي تحققها عمادات خدمة المجتمع والتعليم المستمر في الجامعات السعودية الحکومية للمسؤولية المجتمعية وبدرجة کبيرة هي: تقديم برامج تدريبية وتعليمية لأفراد المجتمع المحلي في مجال الإرشاد والتوجيه الأسري. تنفيذ برامج تدريبية تسهم في رفع مستوى أداء الأفراد . تقديم برامج تعليمية نوعية تناسب احتياجات المجتمع المحلي . أن أهم المعوقات التي تحدُّ من قيام عمادات خدمة المجتمع والتعليم المستمر في الجامعات السعودية الحکومية للمسؤولية المجتمعية هي: ضعف الموارد المالية المخصصة. نقص الکوادر البشرية المؤهلة . ضعف الاهتمام بالأعمال التطوعية. أن أهم متطلبات تحقيق عمادات خدمة المجتمع والتعليم المستمر في الجامعات السعودية الحکومية للمسؤولية المجتمعية هي: بناء استراتيجية متکاملة للمسؤولية المجتمعية في الجامعة. الاستفادة من التجارب الدولية والمحلية الناجحة في مجال خدمة المجتمع المحلي. عقد شرکات نوعية مع مؤسسات المجتمع المحلي تعتمد على تنفيذ برامج متقدمة مثل : الذکاء الاصطناعي، الأمن السيبراني.
This study aims to reveal the degree of achieving social responsibility by the deanships of community service and continuing education in Saudi public universities and to identify the requirements of achieving it and the obstacles that prevent achieving it. The sample of the study consists of all deans and vice-deans (males and females) of the deanships of community service and continuing education in Saudi public universities during the second semester of the academic year 1441 AH. To achieve his goal, the researcher has used the descriptive survey approach and a questionnaire that has been distributed to all the deans and vice-deans (males and females) of the deanships. The paper concludes with some results. The following are among them. Firstly, the study shows that the degree of achieving social responsibility by the deanships of community service and continuing education in Saudi public universities represented in providing training and educational programs for members of the local communities in the field of ​​family counseling and guidance, implementing training programs that contribute in raising the level of individual performance, and providing specific educational programs suited to the needs of the local communities. Secondly, the most important obstacles that limit the achievement of social responsibility by the deanships of community service and continuing education in Saudi universities are the weakness of the assigned financial resources, the lack of human cadres, and the weak interest in volunteering work. Thirdly, the most important requirements for achieving social responsibility by the deanships should be in building an integrated strategy of social responsibility at the universities, taking full advantage of successful international and local experiences in the field of community service, and finding specific partnerships with the local community institutions depending on implementing advanced programs such as artificial intelligence and cyber security.
