ملخص الدراسة:

استهدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى سبل تطوير کليات التربية في المملکة العربية السعودية في ضوء نظام الجامعات الجديد الصادر عام 1441هـ ورصد المستجدات التي تحتم هذا التطوير، والجوانب التي ينبغي الترکيز عليها في عمليات تطوير هذه الکليات، هذا إلى جانب مناقشة التحديات المتوقعة في خطى التطوير المستهدف لمواکبة الثورة الصناعية الرابعة. واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي ومنهج دراسة الحالة لوصف وتفسير وتقويم نموذج من نماذج کليات التربية في المملکة العربية السعودية ممثلة في کلية الدراسات العليا التربوية بجامعة الملک عبد العزيز. لقد أبرزت نتائج الدراسة أن إعداد المعلم الباحث يعد من أهم الثمار الذي حصدته کلية الدراسات العليا التربوية الذي يجب أن تتوفر فيه العقلية المتيقظة المستنيرة والذي يسعى إلى التغيير والتطوير بشکل دؤوب لا تکل ولا تمل. کما أظهرت النتائج أن نظام الجامعات الجديد في المملکة العربية السعودية الصادر عام 1441هـ سوف يکون له انعکاسات مهمة على مستقبل کليات التربية في البلاد. وأنه متى ما أردنا تطوير الکليات التربوية في الجامعات السعودية ينبغي أن تنطلق من نظرة واسعة تکاملية تزود المؤسسات التعليمية في التعليم العام بالمخرجات التعليمية ذات الکفاءات المتميزة من المعلمين المحترفين الباحثين الذين ينهضون بمهنة التعليم إلى أعالي الدرجات. أوصت الدراسة إلى ضرورة تکثيف العمل البحثي المؤسسي والفردي حول أثر نظام الجامعات الجديد على کليات التربية في المملکة العربية السعودية. کما أوصت بضرورة تشجيع المعلمين والمعلمات الذين على رأس العمل (أثناء الخدمة) لإکمال مسيرتهم العلمية والحصول على درجة الماجستير والدکتوراه وتقديم الحوافز المادية والمعنوية لهم لما في ذلک من الارتقاء بجودة المخرجات التعليمية في التعليم العالي والتعليم العام على حد سواء.
The present study aimed to identify the methods of developing the Faculties of Education in Saudi Arabia in view of the New University System issued in 1441 A.H. and to monitor the developments that necessitate this development of the aspects that should be focused on in the processes of developing these faculties. In addition to discussing the expected challenges in the way of the targeted development to keep up with the Fourth Industrial Revolution. The study used the descriptive method and the case study approach to describe, interpret and evaluate a model of the colleges of education in Saudi Arabia represented by the College of Educational Graduate Studies at King Abdulaziz University. The findings of the study have shown that the preparation of the researcher teacher is one of the most important fruits that the Faculty of Educational Graduate Studies has harvested which must have the alert and enlightened mind and seeks diligently to the change and development in tireless manner. The results also showed that the new university system in Saudi Arabia issued in 1441 A.H. will have important effects on the future of faculties of education in the country. Furthermore, whenever we want to develop the faculties of education in Saudi universities, it should start from a wide, integrative view that provides educational institutions in public education with educational outputs with distinguished competencies of professional researcher teachers who advance the teaching profession to the highest ranks. The study recommended that it is necessary to intensify institutional and individual research work about the effect of the new university system on colleges of education in Saudi Arabia. It also recommended that it is necessary to encourage male and female teachers who are practicing their jobs (while in service) to complete their academic career and to obtain master and doctorate degrees, and to provide them with material and moral incentives, as this increases the quality of educational outcomes in both higher education and public education.
