ملخص الدراسة:

هدفت الدراسة معرفة واقع جودة الأداء التعليمي لأعضاء هيئة التدريس بکلية العلوم والدراسات الإنسانية في جامعة شقراء من وجهة نظر الطالبات الخريجات في مجالات: (التدريس، وتقويم الطالبات، والمقرر الدراسي) في أقسام کلية العلوم والدراسات الإنسانية بحريملاء من وجهة نظر الطالبات الخريجات تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي، کما تم تطبيق استبانة على الطالبات الخريجات وبلغ عددهن 133 طالبة، وتم تحليل نتائج الدراسة وخلصت بعدد من النتائج منها: أن درجة موافقة أفراد الدراسة کانت کبيرة لجودة التعليم الجامعي في أقسام کلية العلوم والدراسات الإنسانية بحريملاء بشکل عام، وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين استجابات أفراد الدراسة حول مستوى ممارسة أعضاء هيئة التدريس لمتطلبات جودة المقرر الدراسي، وجودة تقييم الطالبات تعود لاختلاف التخصص، ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين استجابات أفراد الدراسة حول مستوى ممارسة أعضاء هيئة التدريس لمتطلبات جودة التدريس تعود لاختلاف التخصص، واهتمام أعضاء هيئة التدريس بدرجة متوسطة بجوانب استخدام الحاسب الآلي في التدريس وکذلک الوسائل والأجهزة الحديثة،کما توصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من التوصيات منها توعية أعضاء هيئة التدريس في کلية العلوم بثقافة الجودة في التعليم وبيان النتائج المترتبة عند تطبيقها، وتقديم دورات تدريبية لأعضاء هيئة التدريس في استخدام أجهزة الحاسب في التدريس وکذلک تدريبهم على مهارات واستراتيجيات طرق التدريس الحديثة.
This study aimed to identifythe reality of the quality of educational performance among faculty members at the Faculty of Science and Humanities at Shagra University from the point of view of graduate students in the fields of (teaching, student’s evaluation, and the study syllabus) at Faculty of Science and Human studies in Hurimlae from the viewpoints of graduate students. The descriptive method was used and a questionnaire was applied to 133 graduate students. The results of the study were analyzed and concluded with a number of results, include that : The accordance degree of the study members was significant for the quality of university education in the departments of the Faculty of Science and Human Studies- Hurimlae in general, and the absence of statistically significant differences between the members of the responses of the study on the level of practice of faculty members to the requirements of the quality of curriculum differences, and the quality of assessment of students belonging to different specialization, also the presence of statistically significant differences between the members of the responses of the study on the level of practice of faculty members to the requirements of the quality of teaching belonging to different specialization, and the attention of faculty members moderate degree aspects of the use of computers in teaching as well as the means of modern devices and differences .The study also reached a number of recommendations, which including raising the awareness of faculty members in the Faculty of Science to the culture of quality in education and indicating the consequences of its application, and providing training courses for faculty members on use of computers in teaching, as well as train them on the skills and strategies of modern teaching methods
