ملخص الدراسة:

هدفت الدراسة تعرف واقع الالتزام التنظيمي لدى معلمي المدارس الابتدائية للبنين في محافظة النماص في بعد الولاء التنظيمي، وبعد الرغبة في الاستمرار في العمل، وبعد المسؤولية تجاه جهة العمل، وتکون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع معلمي المدارس الابتدائية للبنين في محافظة النماص، وتم اختيار عينة عشوائية طبقية ممثلة للمجتمع وبلغ العدد (146) معلماً، واستخدم الباحث أداة الاستبانة، وتکونت من ثلاثة أبعاد تمثل الالتزام التنظيمي، هي: بعد الولاء التنظيمي وبعد الرغبة في الاستمرار في العمل، وبعد المسئولية تجاه جهة العمل، ومن أهم النتائج أن درجة تحقق الالتزام التنظيمي لدى معلمي المدارس الابتدائية في محافظة النماص في الالتزام التنظيمي وأبعاده الفرعية عالية وقدم الباحث عدداً من التوصيات من أبرزها: تعزيز مفهوم الالتزام التنظيمي من قِبل وزارة التعليم ورفع مستواه، وذلک من خلال تقديم الحوافز والمزايا الوظيفية للمعلم ماديا ومعنويا، وأيضا عن طريق الندوات وورش العمل، وإمکانية المشارکة في اتخاذ القرارات والمساهمة في وضع الخطط التشغيلية للمدرسة، عن طريق فرق عمل يشارک فيها جميع منسوبي المدرسة على اختلاف مستوياتهم الوظيفية، وتشجيع المعلمين على حل المشکلات التي تواجههم في العمل، مع الاستمرار في تقديم المبادرات والأفکار.
The organizational commitment of primary school teachers for boys in Al-Namas governorate From the point of view of the teacher.

The aim of the research is to: Recognize the degree of achievement of the organizational commitment of teachers of elementary schools for boys in the governorate of Namas in organizational loyalty dimension, the in desire to continue working dimension, and the dimension in responsibility towards the work. The research community consisted of all primary school teachers for boys in Al-Names Governorate. A randomized stratified sample was selected from society
The sample reached (146) teachers. researcher used the questionnaire tool and it consisted of three dimensions. The organizational loyalty dimension ,the desire to continue working dimension and responsibility towards the work. The most important results that the degree of achievement of the organizational commitment of primary school teachers in the province of Al-Names in the organizational commitment and sub-dimensions were high. The researcher made a number of recommendations, the most prominent of them: to strengthen the concept of organizational commitment by the Ministry of Education and raising its level, Incentives and benefits of the teacher materially and morally, and also through seminars and workshops and the possibility to participate in decision-making and contribute to the development of operational plans for the school, through teams work involving all employees of the school at different levels of employment, and encouraging teachers to solve the problems they face at work.
