ملخص الدراسة:

هدف البحث تعرف المتطلبات التربوية لتطبيق التخطيط التشارکي في مواجهة الأزمات الاقتصادية بالمجتمع المصري وسبل تفعيلها من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة الأزهر، ولتحقيق ذلک تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي مع الاستعانة بالمدخل التاريخي والمنهج الأصولي في بعض مراحل البحث، کما تم الاعتماد على الاستبانة کأداة لجمع البيانات، حيث تکونت من أربعة محاور، المحور الأول بعرض العبارات الخاصة بالمتطلبات المعرفية للتخطيط التشارکي بينما جاء المحور الثاني عن المتطلبات الوجدانية للتخطيط التشارکي وعرض المحور الثالث المتطلبات المهارية للتخطيط التشارکي وأخيراً جاء المحور الرابع عن العبارات الخاصة بسبل تفعيل متطلبات تطبيق التخطيط التشارکي، وتکونت عينة الدراسة من (207) عضواً من أعضاء هيئة التدريس بکليتي التربية والتجارة بجامعة الأزهر موزعين وفق متغيرات (النوع – الکلية – الدرجة العلمية) وأسفرت النتائج عن أن موافقة عينة الدراسة على المتطلبات المقترحة للتخطيط التشارکي وسبل تفعيلها جاءت بدرجة کبيرة، کما بينت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في استجابة أفراد عينة الدراسة تعزى لمتغيري النوع والکلية، بينما وجدت فروق في استجابتهم تعزى لمتغير الدرجة العلمية لصالح الأستاذ مقارنة بالأستاذ المساعد والمدرس، وفي النهاية أوصت الدراسة ببعض التوصيات، منها: تدريب القادة والإداريين في المؤسسات المختلفة على متطلبات تطبيق التخطيط التشارکي وسبل تفعيلها، عمل برامج وندوات للتوعية بأهمية التخطيط التشارکي ومتطلباته وسبل تفعيلها على کافة المستويات، حث أفراد المجتمع على ضرورة المشارکة الفعالة والإيجابية کل فيما يناسبه من أجل ضمان مشارکة جميع الأطرف في تحقيق التقدم والنهضة المجتمعية، وذلک من خلال وسائل الإعلام المتعددة وکذلک دور العبادة، کما اقترحت دراسات مستقبلية، منها: واقع تطبيق التخطيط التشارکي من منظور إسلامي بمؤسسات التعليم الجامعي المصري، معوقات تطبيق التخطيط التشارکي بالجامعات المصرية وتصور مقترح للتغلب عليها من منظور التربية الإسلامية، تصور مقترح لتطبيق التخطيط التشارکي وفق الرؤية التربوية الإسلامية بمؤسسات التعليم قبل الجامعي المصري.
The present research aimed to identify the educational requirements for the application of collaborative planning in the face of economic crises and methods of activation from the viewpoints of the faculty staff members at Al-Azhar University. For achieving such objectives, the descriptive method was adopted besides the historical and the fundamental approaches in some phases of the research. The research made use of a questionnaire which consisted of four main dimensions for collecting the research data. The first dimension tackled the cognitive requirements of the collaborative planning, the second dimension tackled the affective requirements, the third dimension tackled the behavioral requirements and finally the fourth dimension tackled the methods of activation. The participants of the study were 207 faculty staff members at the faculties of Education and Commerce at Al-Azhar University who were assigned in the light of the following variables (gender - faculty - degree). The results of the study showed that the participants of the study strongly agreed on the proposed requirements of the collaborative planning and the methods of activation. The results also showed that there were no statistically significant differences in the response of the study participants due to the gender or the faculty variables. However, there were statistically significant differences in the response of the study participants due to the scientific degree variable in favor of the professors compared to the assistant professors and the lecturers. Finally, the study recommended training the leaders and administrators on the collaborative planning and the methods of activation and conducting programs and seminars to raise awareness about the importance of collaborative planning at all levels. The study provided some suggested issues which need further research by the future researchers.
