ملخص الدراسة:

هدف هذا البحث الکشف عن استخدام الفصول الافتراضية لتنمية المهارات الإشرافية لدى المشرفين التربويين بمديريات التربية والتعليم محافظة الکرک0 وعرض الباحث مشکلة البحث، وأهميته، ومنهجيتهُ، وأدواتهُ، وخطواتهُ، کما تم عرض الأسس النظرية للبحث وهي: مکونات الفصول الافتراضية وخصائص ومتطلبات توظيفها وأسباب استخدام الفصول الافتراضية والصعوبات التعليمية للفصول الافتراضية بالإضافة إلى احتياجات الفصول الافتراضية ودور الفصول الافتراضية في تنمية المهارات الإشرافية لدى المشرفين التربويين بمديريات التربية والتعليم محافظة الکرک0 ولتحقيق أهداف البحث استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي والمنهج شبة التجريبي حيث بلغ عدد عينة الدراسة (32) مشرفاً تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية من مديريات التربية والتعليم محافظة الکرک. وتم إعداد أدوات البحث وتمثلت في إعداد قائمة بالمهارات الإشرافية المراد تنميتها بالفصول الافتراضية ، وإعداد بطاقة ملاحظة مهارات التقويم المنتج النهائي، وبعدها تم عمل المعالجة الإحصائية اللازمة لهذا البحث باستخدام البرامج الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية SPSS.
The aim of this research is to discover the effective use of virtual classes in the distance learning program from the perspective of high school teachers in the Hashemite kingdom of Jordan. The researcher presented the problem of research, importance, methodology, methodology, tools and steps. The theoretical foundations of the research were also presented: the components of the virtual environments, the characteristics and requirements of their employment, the reasons for using the virtual environments and the learning difficulties of the virtual environments in addition to the needs of the virtual environments. In the development of the cognitive needs of students in the basic stage. To achieve the objectives of the research, the researcher used the descriptive and semi-experimental methodology. The sample of the study was 30 teachers randomly selected from the schools of the Directorate of Education of Karak. The experimental group was studied using a program designed for virtual environments.The researcher also prepared the research tools, which consisted of an electronic test to meet the cognitive needs and the cognitive aspects related to the teachers. The research tools were applied before and after the experimental group, and the statistical processing was done using SPSS.
