ملخص الدراسة:

هدف البحث الحالي إلى تقديم تصور مقترح لتقييم جودة أداء قيادات الأقسام العلمية بالجامعات، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف تم دراسة عدّة أدلة في معايير جودة التعليم العالي المعاصر، والتأکد من توافر أسس ومواصفات وشروط جودة الأداء والجدارة، والخصائص السيکومترية لهذا التصوّر المقترح، وقد تشکّل في صورته النهائية من (6) مکوّنات أساسية و(17) بُعداً و(81) ممارسة، وأوصى البحث بتزويد اتحاد الجامعات العربية وهيئات التقويم والجودة والاعتماد لتجريب التصوّر المقترح، وتطبيقه في الجامعات لتطوير نوعية المسار الوظيفي بأقسامه العلمية، وإحداث تغييرات لرفع کفاءته وتحقيق أهدافه في المنافسة.
This research aims at presenting a suggested view about the quality of the performance of the heads of scientific departments at universities. In order to achieve this aim, the researcher studies many pieces of evidence about the quality of the contemporary higher education. The researcher also makes sure about the availability of the bases and the requirements of good performance and eligibility. In addition, the researcher makes sure about the psychometrical aspects of this suggested view. In its final shape, the research is made up from six basic components, seventeen dimensions, and eighty-one practices. The research recommends sending the suggested view to the Association of Arab Universities and the bodies of evaluation, quality, and accreditation in order to test its validity and apply it in the universities to develop the quality of the career path and its different kinds in order to increase its effectiveness and achieve its aims in competition.
