ملخص الدراسة:

هدفت الدراسة تقديم نموذج مقترح لتطوير أداء قيادات إدارات التعليم في المملکة العربية السعودية في ضوء معايير التميز الإداري، واعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي، واستخدمت الاستبانة في جمع البيانات، وتمثل المجتمع من جميع مديري إدارات التعليم بالمملکة العربية السعودية (العامة وبالمناطق والمحافظات) البالغ عددهم (46) ومساعديهم في المناطق التعليمية والبالغ عددهم (143) بحسب إحصائية الأمانة العامة لإدارات التعليم بالمملکة العربية السعودية للعام الدراسي 1437/1438هـ، وقد تم توزيع أداة الدراسة عليهم إلکترونياً عبر البريد الرسمي عن طريق مرکز البحوث والدراسات في وکالة الوزارة للتخطيط والمعلومات بالرياض، فکانت الاستجابات الراجعة (169) استبانة، وتوصلت النتائج إلى ما يلي: أهمية متطلبات تطوير أداء قيادات إدارات التعليم بالمملکة العربية السعودية في ضوء معايير التميز الإداري کانت بدرجة " کبيرة جداً، أن درجة تقدير المتطلبات التي تخص القائد نفسه (المهارات – القدرات – الفهم والمعلومات) لتطوير أداء قيادات إدارات التعليم بالمملکة العربية السعودية في ضوء معايير التميز الإداري کانت بدرجة کبيرة جداً، أن درجة تقدير المتطلبات التي تخص البيئة التنظيمية والإدارية لتطوير أداء إدارات التعليم بالمملکة العربية السعودية في ضوء معايير التميز الإداري کانت بدرجة أهمية کبيرة جداً، أن درجة تقدير المتطلبات التي تخص الموارد المالية والمادية والتقنية لتطوير أداء قيادات إدارات التعليم بالمملکة العربية السعودية في ضوء معايير التميز الإداري کانت بدرجة أهمية کبيرة جداً، وفي ضوء النتائج قدمت الدراسة النموذج المقترح لتطوير أداء قيادات إدارات التعليم في المملکة العربية السعودية في ضوء معايير التميز الإداري.
The present study aimed to present a proposed model to develop the performance of leaders of education departments in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in the light of the criteria of administrative excellence. The study relied on the descriptive approach and a questionnaire was used for data collection. The population of the study were all the managers of the education departments in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia totaling 46 and their assistants in the educational regions totaling 143 according to the statistics of the General Secretariat for Education Departments in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for the academic year 1437/1438 A.H. The study instrument was completed electronically by the study participants totaling (169) respondents. The results of the study revealed that the requirements for developing the performance of leaders of education departments in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in the light of the criteria of administrative excellence were very important. The degree of valuing the requirements that belong to the leader himself (skills - abilities - understanding and information) to develop the performance of leaderships of education departments in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in the light of the criteria of administrative excellence was very important. The degree of valuing the requirements that pertain to the organizational and administrative environment to develop the performance of education departments in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in the light of the criteria for administrative excellence were very important. The degree of valuing the requirements that pertain to financial, material and technical resources to develop the performance of leaders of education departments in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in the light of the criteria for administrative excellence were very important. In the light of the results attained the study presented the proposed model for developing performance of the education departments leaders in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in light of the criteria for administrative excellence.
