ملخص الدراسة:

هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع التزام عضوات هيئة التدريس بجامعة أم القرى بأخلاقيات المهنة في أبعادها الثلاثة من وجهة نظر الطالبات ومن وجهة نظرهن، والتعرف على الفروق في واقع التزامهن بأخلاقيات المهنة في أبعادها الثلاثة مـــن وجهة نظرهن والطالبات بحسب المتغيرات التالية (الکلية والتخصص والحالة الاقتصادية ومکان الإقامة والحالة التعليمية). وطُبقت الدراسة على عضوات هيئة التدريس البالغ عددهن (204) وطالبات المستوى الثامن المسجلات ببرنامج البکالوريوس بجميع کليات جامعة أم القرى بمقر الزاهر خلال الفصل الدراسي الثاني لعام 1436هـ ـ 1437هـ وبلغ عددهن (529). وصممت الباحثة استبانتين؛ إحداهما موجهة للطالبات وعدد عباراتها (35) والأخرى لعضوات هيئة التدريس وعدد عباراتها (33)، وذلک بهدف التعرف على واقع التزام عضوات هيئة التدريس بأخلاقيات المهنة بعد إخضاعها لإجراءات الصدق والثبات للتأکد من صلاحيتها وملاءمتها للدراسة. وکان من أهم النتائج: أن أوضحت استجابات الطالبات وعضوات هيئة التدريس على الاستبانتين موافقتهن على التزام عضوات هيئة التدريس في جامعة أم القرى بأخلاقيات المهنة بصورة مجملة وعلى الأبعاد الثلاث بدرجة کبيرة. ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0.05) بين متوسطات استجابات الطالبات حول واقع التزام عضوات هيئة التدريس بأخلاقيات المهنة حسب متغير الکلية والتخصص والحالة الاقتصادية على کل من الاستبانة ومحاورها مجملة؛ وکانت هذه الفروق على المحورين الأول والثالث والاستبانة مجملة في اتجاه طالبات کلية الحاسب الآلي ونظم المعلومات، وعلى المحور الثاني في اتجاه طالبات کلية اللغة العربية حيث کن الأکثر متوسطاً. وفي اتجاه الطالبات ذات التخصصات الشرعية والحالة الاقتصادية الغنية حيث کن الأکثر متوسطاً. ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0.05) بين متوسطات استجابات عضوات هيئة التدريس حول واقع التزامهن بالأخلاقيات المهنية حسب متغير الکلية على کل من الاستبانة مجملة ومحوريها الأول والثالث؛ وکانت هذه الفروق في اتجاه عضوات هيئة التدريس بکليتي اللغة العربية والتربية. مع وجود فروق بين متوسطات استجابات عضوات هيئة التدريس في التخصصات الشرعية والنظرية على محور الاستبانة الأول في اتجاه عضوات هيئة التدريس ذات التخصصات النظرية.
The study aims to know the commitment reality that Umm Al-Qura university staff have for their career morals within its three topics from both their students' and their own perspective and to know the differences between these obligations depending on the following criterions(faculty, major, economical status, educational status and place of residence). Study sample: - the study was applied on the staff which numbers were (204) and the students of the eighth grade registered in the bachelor program within all the faculties of Umm Al-Qura University in Al-Zaher district during the second semester of the year AH1436-1437 and their numbers were (529). Study tool: - the researcher has made two questionnaires, one of them was directed at the students and it included (35) phrases, while the other one was directed at the staff and it included (33) phrases, in order to know the obligation reality that the staff have for their career morals after putting it to some honesty and consistency procedures to make sure that its convenience and efficient for education. Most important results: The answers of the students and staff has clarified that they strongly agree with the reality of the obligation that the staff of Umm Al-Qura university have for their career morals within its three topics as a whole idea. The presence of some statistical differences at a point average of (0.05) between the answers of students about the commitment reality that the staff of Umm Al-Qura university have for their career morals depending on the following criterions which are faculty, major and economical status on each questionnaire with its topics, and those differences about the first and third topic that came from the students of the computer and information systems faculty and the second topic from the students of the Arabic language faculty, which were the most average. On the other side, it was coming from the religious and administration faculties with its rich economical status which were the most average. The presence of some statistical differences at a point average of (0.05) between the answers of the staff about the commitment reality that they have for their own career morals depending on the faculty criteria on each questionnaire with its first and third topics, and these differences came from the staff of the education and Arabic language faculties. also, with The presence of some statistical differences at a point average of (0.05) between the answers of the staff of the theoretical and religious majors within the first topic of the questionnaire that came from the staff of the theoretical majors.
