ملخص الدراسة:

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على أثر وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي على الأمن الفکري من وجهة نظر طلبة المرحلة الثانوية ومعلمي العلوم الشرعية بمنطقة عسير. ومن أجل تحقيق هذا الهدف اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي، واستخدمت أداة الاستبيان لجمع البيانات حيث تم تطبيق البحث في مدينتي أبها وخميس مشيط بمنطقة عسير على عينة مکونة من (100) طالبٍ ومعلمٍ للعلوم الشرعية بالمرحلة الثانوية، وقد تم اختيارها بطريقة عشوائية طبقية. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي أسهمت في الاطلاع على ثقافة الشعوب الأخرى مما يساعد على الانسجام والتعايش مع الآخرين؛ کما أسهمت في سرعة التواصل بين الأفراد في مختلف دول العالم وبصورة فورية، وتکوين المجموعات والصداقات ذات الاهتمامات المشترکة، إلا أنها في المقابل أسهمت في انتهاک خصوصيات الآخرين من خلال عمليات التجسس الإلکتروني، وانتشار ظاهرة انتحال الشخصيات، والتي أثرت في عدم ثقة المتلقي بکل ما يکتب في وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي المختلفة.
وتتمثل الآثار الدينية لوسائل التواصل الاجتماعي على الأمن الفکري في نشر مواقع الفرق المنحرفة التي تحمل صفة الإسلام، بالإضافة إلى تصدير الأفکار الإلحادية التحررية من الأديان والقيم، ونشر الشبهات المثارة حول الرسول صلى الله عليه وسلم، والقدح في الصحابة رضي الله عنهم، إلا أنها في المقابل أتاحت الفرصة لمناقشة المسائل الشرعية مع العلماء وطلاب العلم، وساعدت على الفهم الصحيح للدين ومقاصد الشرعية من خلال التواصل الجيد مع المتخصصين، ونشر مبادئ الدين والدعوة إلى التمسک بها. بينما تتمثل الآثار السياسية لوسائل التواصل الاجتماعي على الأمن الفکري في أنها ساعدت على التعرف الفوري على مستجدات الساحة السياسية العالمية وانعکاساتها على المجتمع، کما ساعدت على تنمية قدرات الشباب على النقاش والحوار البنّاء، کما أسهمت في تکوين رأي عام نحو قضايا معينة بغض النظر عن صحتها، وفي المقابل أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن درجة إسهام الوسائل الاجتماعية في تعزيز قيم المواطنة والمسؤولية الوطنية کانت متدنيةً مما ساهم في التشکيک بقيمة الرموز الشرعية والحکام، وأهل الحل والعقد في المجتمع، کما أنها أسهمت في التواصل بين العناصر المتطرفة وسلسلة الإرهاب، والتدريب على العمليات الإرهابية.
This study aimed at knowing the impact of social media on the intellectual security from the perspective of secondary school level students and the teachers of religious sciences in Asir Region. The study used the descriptive method to achieve the aim of the study, and a questionnaire was used for data collection, where the practical part was administered in Khamis mushayt and Abha towns in Asir Region. The sample of the study consists of (100) students and teachers of religious sciences at secondary school level which was a stratified random sample. The study reached into the fact that the social media contributed in recognizing other cultures whereof brings harmony and coexistence with others. It also participated in the instant communication among individuals worldwide, as well as creating groups and friendships of mutual concerns. On the other hand, it violated the privacy of others through electronic eavesdropping and the spread of impersonation phenomenon that leads to receiver distrust over what is written in different social media.
The religious effects of social media on intellectual security are represented in the spread of straying factions’ sites that claim to be part of Islam, propagating the atheistic and liberal thoughts out of religious and values, spreading the suspicions raised over the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him), and the slander on the Companions of the Prophet (may Allah be pleased with them). On the contrary, it provides an opportunity to discuss the religious matters with the religious scholars and students. It also helps in understanding the true religion of Islam and the religious destinations out of good communication with the specialists, outspreading of the principles of Islam and calling for sticking to them. The political effects of social media on the intellectual security are represented in the immediate knowing of the developments of the international political arena and their reflections on the society. It also helps developing youth abilities in discussion and constructive dialogue. It participated in shaping public opinion towards certain issues regardless their authenticity. Contrastingly, the results revealed that the participation rate of the social media in strengthening the citizenship values and national responsibility was low, whereof leads to skepticism in the religious symbols, governors and wise men in the society. It also participated in connecting the extremist elements and the series of terrorism, and training on terrorist operations.
