ملخص الدراسة:

هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على المعوقات والمشکلات التي تواجه عضو هيئة التدريس في جامعة البلقاء التطبيقية من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس في کلية الأميرة عالية الجامعية وکلية عمان الجامعية. وبلغت عينة الدراسة (140) عضواً من أعضاء هيئة التدريس في کلية الأميرة عالية الجامعية وکلية عمان الجامعية، وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي للوصول إلى نتائج الدراسة، وقام بإعداد أداة الدراسة (الاستبانة) لجمع البيانات والمعلومات المتعلقة بنتائج الدراسة، واستخدم الباحث الخصائص السيکو مترية (الصدق والثبات) لأداة الدراسة، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: موافقة أعضاء هيئة التدريس على وجود معوقات ومشکلات تواجه أعضاء هيئة التدريس في جامعة البلقاء التطبيقية وکانت بدرجة متوسطة، وبلغ المتوسط الحسابي للدرجة الکلية على الأداة (3.54). وحصلت الفقرات التالية على أعلى متوسط حسابي وهي: الفقرة رقم (3) جاءت في المرتبة الأولى، ونصها "توجد صعوبة في الحصول المراجع العلمية المختصة في مکتبة الکلية "، وجاءت في المرتبة الثانية الفقرة رقم (33) والتي تنص على "صعوبة الحصول على مکتب مستقل لکل عضو هيئة تدريس في الکلية "، وفي المرتبة الثالثة الفقرتان (24،26) ونصهما " رغبة غالبية الطلبة في الاعتماد على المدرس والملخصات والتلقين " " وافتقار المکتبة للمراجع العلمية المتعلقة بالبحث العلمي "، وفي المرتبة الرابعة الفقرة رقم (14) ونصها "يوجد نقص في المختبرات التي يحتاجها عضو التدريس للبحث العلمي "، وفي المرتبة الخامسة الفقرة رقم (1) ونصها "ضعف العلاقات العلمية والاجتماعية بين أعضاء هيئة التدريس "، وفي المرتبة السادسة الفقرة رقم (13) ونصها " قلة الحوافز الممنوحة لعضو هيئة التدريس للمشارکة في الدورات التدريبية "،وفي المرتبة الثامنة الفقرة (23) ونصها "يزعجني تکرار غياب الطلبة عن حضور بعض المحاضرات "، وجاءت في المرتبة التاسعة الفقرة (15) ونصها "ضعف التسهيلات التي تقدمها الجامعة لعضو هيئة التدريس لأعداد البحوث العلمية ونشرها".
The study aimed to identify the obstacles and problems facing a faculty member at Al-Balqa Applied University from the viewpoint of faculty members at princess Alia University college and Amman University College. the sample of the study reached (140)members of the teaching staff at University College and Amman University College ,and the researchers used the descriptive approach to reach the results of the study ,and the researcher developed the study tool(questionnaire) to collect data and information related to the study ,and the researchers used the psychometric properties (validity ,And reliability) for the study. The study raised the following questions, The study revealed the following results: The approval of the faculty members on the existence of obstacles and problems facing faculty members at al Balqa Applied University with a medium degree and average arithmetic amounted to the total score of the tool (3.54), and the following paragraphs obtained the highest arithmetic average ,namely: Paragraph no.(3)it came first and reads: "There is difficulty in obtaining the relevant scientific references in the college library " second came paragraph(33),which reads "The difficulty of obtaining an independent office for each faculty member in the college" And in the third place are paragraphs (26,24).And their text is "the desire of the majority of students to rely on the teacher, summaries ,and indoctrination" "and the library's lack of scientific references related to scientific research" fourthly, paragraph no.(14) reads: "There is a shortage in the laboratories that a teaching member needs for scientific researcher "Fifth place is paragraph (1),which reads "The lack of incentives granted to a faculty member to participate in training courses " And in the sixth place, paragraph no.(13)which reads "The lack of incentives granted to a faculty member to participate in training courses" it came in the seventh position of paragraph (13), which reads "The lack of incentives granted to a faculty member to participate in training courses "And in the eighth position in paragraph (23),which says "it annoys me the persistence of the absence of some students from attending lectures "And in the ninth rank ,paragraph ,paragraph (15),which reads "The poor facilities provided by the university for a faculty member to prepare and publish scientific research ",Paragraph (11) came in the last place, which read:" I find it difficult to conduct transactions",- There are no statistically significant differences attributable to the effect of gender.,There are no statistically significant differences attributable to the effect of the college.
