ملخص الدراسة:

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على الآثار الاجتماعية والاقتصادية المترتبة على جرائم الاحتيال والشيک من غير رصيد في المجتمع الأردني من وجهة نظر المحکومين في مراکز الإصلاح والتأهيل، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم تصميم وتطوير استبانه لجمع البيانات، وقد تم استخدام عينـة عشوائية بسيطة کأسلوب لتحديد عينة الدراسة، وبلغت العينة(462) مبحوثاً، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج کان أبرزها: ـــــ وجود أثر لمتغير الأجور، البطالة، التضخم في جرائم الاحتيال والشيک من غير رصيد في المجتمع الأردني من وجهة نظر المحکومين في مراکز الإصلاح والتأهيل. ــ وجود أثر لمتغير حجم الأسرة الکبير في جرائم الاحتيال والشيک من غير رصيد في المجتمع الأردني من وجهة نظر المحکومين في مراکز الإصلاح والتأهيل. وتوصي الدراسة بضرورة قيام الحکومة برفع دخول الأفراد في المجتمع من خلال وضع سياسات مالية تضمن توفير سبل العيش الکريم للأفراد في المجتمع الأردني وفرض تشريعات جديدة على أصحاب رؤوس الأموال والمستثمرين في رفع رواتب العاملين وتقديم مساعدات مالية لهم للتقليل من الدوافع التي تؤدي إلى ارتکاب جرائم الاحتيال والشيک من غير رصيد.
This study aimed to identify the social and economic effects of fraud and check crimes on the Jordanian society from the point of view of those sentenced in the reform and rehabilitation centers. To achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire was designed and developed to collect data, and a simple random sample was used as a method for determining the study sample. The sample consisted of (462) respondents, and the study depicted a set of results. The most prominent of which were: The existence of an impact of the wage variable, unemployment, inflation in fraud and check crimes without a balance in the Jordanian society from the point of view of those sentenced in the reform and rehabilitation centers. The existence of an effect of the large variable of family size in the crimes of fraud and checks without balance in the Jordanian society from the point of view of those sentenced in the correctional and rehabilitation centers. The study recommends the need for the government to raise individuals ’incomes in society by setting financial policies that guarantee decent livelihoods for individuals in Jordanian society and imposing new legislation on capital owners and investors to raise workers’ salaries and provide them with financial aid to reduce the motives that lead to committing fraud and check crimes.
