ملخص الدراسة:

هدف البحث الحالي إلى التعرف على ما مستويات رضا طالبات جامعة الأمير سطام بن عبد العزيز عن توافقهن الجسدي، ومستويات التوجه نحو المستقبل لديهن، والکشف عن وجود علاقة ارتباطية بين التوافق الجسدي والتوجه نحو المستقبل لدى طالبات جامعة الأمير سطام بن عبد العزيز، واشتملت عينة البحث على (80) طالبة، واستخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي والارتباطي کمنهج للدراسة، کما استعانت بمقياسي (التوافق الجسدي – التوجه نحو المستقبل) کأدوات للدراسة، وقد توصل البحث للعديد من النتائج أهمها: أن مستويات رضا طالبات جامعة الأمير سطام بن عبد العزيز عن توافقهن الجسدي جاءت بدرجة (متوسطة)، وأن مستويات توجه طالبات جامعة الأمير سطام بن عبد العزيز نحو المستقبل جاءت بدرجة (متوسطة)، ووجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة بين الأبعاد والدرجة الکلية لمقياس التوافق الجسدي، مع مقياس التوجه نحو المستقبل ، ولا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في آراء أفراد عينة البحث حول أبعاد مقياس التوافق الجسدي ومقياس التوجه نحو المستقبل ککل وفقا لمتغيرات (التخصص الدراسي – المستوى الدراسي)، وتوصي الباحثة بالعديد من التوصيات من أهمها: ضرورة زيادة نشر ثقافة التوجه الإيجابي نحو المستقبل بين فئات طلاب الجامعة؛ وذلک لضمان توافر جيل قادر على قيادة رشيدة في المملکة، مع الارتقاء بها، ولضرورة تقديم برامج غذائية مناسبة من خلال وسائل الإعلام، والتواصل الاجتماعي بهدف تحسين صورة الجسم لدى الطالبات في المراحل التعليمية العليا.
The present research to identify the satisfaction levels of female students in Prince Sattam Bin Abdulaziz University about their physical compatibility, and the levels of their orientation towards the future, and reveal the correlation between physical compatibility and orientation towards the future of the female students in Prince Sattam Bin Abdulaziz University. The study sample included (80) female students; the researcher used the The analytical and correlational approach as the study approach, and utilized the scales of (physical compatibility – orientation towards the future) as study tools. The study reached several results, the most important among which are: the satisfaction levels of female students in Prince Sattam Bin Abdulaziz University about their physical compatibility were (moderate); the levels of orientation towards the future female students in Prince Sattam Bin Abdulaziz University about their physical compatibility were (moderate); There is a positive correlation between the dimensions and the total score of the Physical Compatibility Scale on one hand and those of the Future Orientation Scale on the other.; and there are no statistically significant differences in the opinion of the study sample about the dimensions of the physical compatibility scale and the orientation-towards-the-future scale according to the (physical compatibility – academic level) variables. The researcher proposes several recommendations, the most important among which are: the need to increased dissemination of the culture of positive orientation towards the future among university students to ensure a generation capable of leading and advancement of the Kingdom; and the need to provide proper nutritional programs in media and social media to improve the body image at female students in higher education stages.
