ملخص الدراسة:

هدفت الدراسة إلي الکشف عن درجة ممارسة قادة مدارس محافظة النماص للقيادة الأخلاقية وعلاقتها بتنمية جوانب الأمن الفکري لدى طلاب المرحلة الثانوية من وجهة نظر المعلمين، ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، وتم استخدام الاستبانة کأداة للدراسة، وتطبيقها على عينة تم اختيارها بطريقة المسح الشامل من جميع معلمي المرحلة الثانوية بالمدارس الحکومية بمحافظة النماص والبالغ عددهم(285)، وقد بلغت عينة الدراسة (240) معلم، بنسبة (84.2%) من إجمالي المجتمع، وأسفرت الدراسة عن عدة نتائج أهمها: ان المتوسط العام لمجالات ممارسة القيادة الاخلاقية لدى قادة مدارس محافظة النماص بلغ (4.24) بدرجة عالية جداً، جاء في المرتبة الأولى مجال الصفات الشخصية بمتوسط حسابي بلغ (4.29) بدرجة عالية جداً، وفي المرتبة الثانية مجال العلاقات الإنسانية بمتوسط حسابي بلغ (4.23) بدرجة عالية جداً، وفي المرتبة الثالثة مجال الصفات الادارية بمتوسط حسابي بلغ (4.21) بدرجة عالية جداً، کما توصلت الدراسة الى أن قادة مدارس محافظة النماص لديهم مستوى مرتفع جداً من متطلبات تفعيل القيادة الأخلاقية لتنمية جوانب الأمن الفکري بمتوسط حسابي بلغ (4.24)، حيث جاء في المرتبة الأولى الفقرة " يمثل القدوة الحسنة للطلاب فيما يتعلق بحب الوطن والانتماء إليه" بمتوسط حسابي بلغ (4.68) وبدرجة ممارسة عالية جداً، وفي المرتبة الثانية الفقرة "يوجه الطلاب للمحافظة على الممتلکات العامة" بمتوسط حسابي بلغ (4.49) وبدرجة ممارسة عالية جداً، وفي المرتبة الثالثة الفقرة "يوجه الطلاب للفهم الصحيح لأحکام الشريعة الإسلامية." بمتوسط حسابي بلغ (4.47) وبدرجة ممارسة عالية جداً، توجد علاقة ارتباطية موجبة ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (α≤0.05) بين درجة توفر القيادة الأخلاقية لدى قادة مدارس محافظة النماص وتنمية جوانب الأمن الفکري لطلاب المرحلة الثانوية بلغت (0.833).
The current study aimed to reveal the degree of school leaders practice of ethical leadership in Al-Namas Governorate Schools and its correlation with developing the aspects of intellectual security among the secondary school students from the teachers viewpoints. The study made use of a questionnaire completed by the study participants totaling 240 teachers. The results of the study yielded several results, namely the overall mean of practicing the fields of ethical leadership in Al-Namas Governorate reached (4.24, very high degree). The field of personal attributes came in the first place (4.29, very high degree); the field of human relations came second (4.23, very high degree); and the field of administrative qualities came in third place (4.21, very high degree). The results of the study revealed that the leaders of Al Namas Governorate schools have a very high level of requirements for activating the ethical leadership to develop the aspects of intellectual security (4.24). The item "the school leader represents a model for students with regard to patriotism and belongness" came in the first place (4.68, very high degree of practice). In the second place came the item "direct students to observe public property," (4.49 very high degree of practice). In the third place came the item "encourage students to correctly understanding the Islamic Sharia" (4.47 very high degree of practice). The results of the study also revealed that there was a statistically significant positive correlation at (α≤0.05) level between the degree of ethical leadership of the school leaders of Al Namas Governorate schools and the development of the aspects of intellectual security among the secondary school students (totaling 0.833).
