ملخص الدراسة:

يهدف البحث الحالي إلى الکشف عن مستويات الضغوط النفسية والاحتراق النفسى لدى معلمى التعليم الفنى والتعرف على العلاقة بينهما، وأثر کل من النوع (ذکور – أناث ) ونوع التعليم ( تجارى – صناعى – زراعى ) وقد اجرى البحث على عينة قوامها (299) من معلمى ومعلمات التعليم الفني (تجارى – صناعى – زراعى ) من أصل مجتمع البحث بالمدارس الفنية بمحافظة الشرقية بإدارات غرب وشرق الزقازيق التعليمية تراوحت اعمارهم بين (29- 58) عاماً بمتوسط قدره (45,79) وانحراف معيارى قدره (7,944) وقامت الباحثة بتقسيم العينة من حيث النوع ( ذکور – اناث ) ومن حيث نوع التعليم الفنى ( تجارى – صناعى – زراعى ) واستخدم المنهج الوصفى کما طبق على العينة مقياس الضغوط النفسية للمعلمين :ﺇﻋﺩﺍﺩ ﻓﻴﻤﻴﺎﻥFimian (١٩٨٦)، ﺘﺭﺠﻤﺔ ﻜل ﻤﻥ ﻁﻠﻌﺕ ﻤﻨﺼﻭﺭ، ﻓﻴﻭﻻ ﺍﻟﺒﺒﻼﻭﻱ (1989). ومقياس الاحتراق النفسى للمعلمين إعداد / عادل عبد الله (2015) واسفرت النتائج عما يلى :
1- تعرض معلمي التعليم الفني (تجارى – صناعى – زراعى ) لمستوى مرتفع من الضغوط النفسية ومستوى عالي من الاحتراق النفسي 2- کما أظهرت النتائج وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة بين درجات أفراد الدراسة على مقياس الضغوط النفسية ودرجاتهم على مقياس الاحتراق النفسي، وهذا يشير الى انه کلما زادت الضغوط النفسية زاد الاحتراق النفسي، وکلما انخفضت الضغوط النفسية انخفض الاحتراق النفسي، وهذه النتيجة تشير إلى أن مصادر الضغوط النفسية ومظاهر الضغوط النفسية يصلح استخدامهما کمنبئات للاحتراق النفسي.
2- لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية بين معلمى التعليم الفني بأنواعه (صناعى – زراعى – تجارى) فى الضغوط النفسية والاحتراق النفسى.
3- لا توجد فروق بين معلمى ومعلمات التعليم الفنى فى الضغوط النفسية والاحتراق النفسى.
This paper aims to reveal the levels of psychological stress and psychological combustion among vocational education teachers and to identify the relationship between psychological stress and psychological combustion among teachers of vocational education and the impact of both male and female and the type of education (commercial - industrial - agricultural) (299) of the vocational education teachers (commercial - industrial - agricultural) of the research community in the vocational schools in Sharkia governorate in the West and East Zagazig educational departments ranged between (29 - 58) years with an average of (45.79) and a standard deviation of (7,944) and the researcher divided the sample in terms of type (Zko - females) and in terms of vocational education type (commercial - industrial - agricultural) and applied descriptive approach as applied to the sample psychological pressure for teachers scale preparation: Preparation Femian Fimian (1986), translating all of Talaat Mansour, Viola Beblawi (1989). And the scale of the psychological combustion of teachers prepared by Adel Abdullah (2015). The results resulted from the following:
- The teachers of vocational education (commercial - industrial - agricultural) to a high level of psychological stress and a high level of psychological combustion 2 - The results also showed a positive correlation between the grades of the members of the study on the scale of psychological pressure and degrees on the scale of psychological combustion, The higher the psychological pressure increased the psychological combustion, and the lower the psychological pressure decreased psychological combustion, and this result indicates that the sources of psychological stress and manifestations of psychological stress can be used as predictors of psychological combustion.
- There are differences of statistical significance between teachers of vocational education (industrial - agricultural - commercial) in psychological stress and psychological combustion.
- There are no differences between the teachers and teachers of vocational education in psychological stress and psychological combustion
