ملخص الدراسة:

هدفت الدراسة إلى وصف وتحليل المواءمة بين مخرجات التعليم الجامعي السعودي وسوق العمل في ضوء متطلبات رؤية المملکة 2030. ولتحقيق هذا الهدف الرئيس اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي في جمع البيانات والمعلومات من الدراسات السابقة والإحصاءات المنشورة ذات العلاقة، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى الکشف عن الواقع الحالي لمخرجات التعليم الجامعي السعودي، وتحديد الأسباب التي أدت إلى ضعف المواءمة بين مخرجات التعليم الجامعي السعودي وسوق العمل، ومعرفة أهم المبادرات التي قامت بها وزارة التعليم السعودي لسد الفجوة بين مخرجات التعليم الجامعي السعودي وسوق العمل مع الکشف على أهم المتطلبات اللازمة لذلک. وخلصت الدراسة إلى تحديد أهم التخصصات الجامعية التي تتوافق مع متطلبات رؤية المملکة 2030.
This research aims to describe and analyze the consistence of the output of the Saudi university education with labor market in the light of the Kingdom Vision 2030. to achieve this objective, the researcher has used the analytical descriptive approach of the data and information collected from previous relating studies and statistics. the research has revealed the current status of the Saudi university education’s output, and it identified the reasons of low consistence of the Saudi university education’s output with labor market. The research has also showed the most important plans and initiatives made by the Saudi Education Ministry to fill the gap between the Saudi university education’s output and labor market, and it has uncovered the requirements for so.the study has identified the most important university specialties that are consistent with the Kingdom’s Vision 2030.
