ملخص الدراسة:

هدفت الدراسة إلى الکشف عن واقع تطبيق المساءلة الإدارية لدى المعلمين بمدارس محافظة بلقرن من وجهة نظرهم، ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، وتطبيق استبانة على عينة عشوائية قدرها (152) معلما من مجتمع الدراسة المکون من جميع معلمي مدارس التعليم العام في محافظة بلقرن والبالغ(597) معلما، وقد أسفرت الدراسة عن مجموعة من النتائج أهمها: بشکل عام يتم تطبيق المساءلة الإدارية بمجاليها الإداري والفني بدرجة کبيرة في مدارس التعليم العام، وقد بينت نتائج الدراسة وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (0,05) في استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة لدرجة تطبيق المساءلة الإدارية، تعزى لمتغيري المرحلة التعليمية والمؤهل العلمي، کما توصلت إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (0,05) استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة لدرجة تطبيق المساءلة الإدارية بمحافظة بلقرن من وجهة نظر المعلمين تعزى لمتغير سنوات الخبرة، وبناء على نتائج الدراسة قدمت الدراسة مجموعة من التوصيات أهمها: نشر ثقافة المساءلة الإدارية على مستوى مدارس التعليم العام لما له أثر واضح في رفع مستوى الأداء الوظيفي للمعلمين، تعرف الحاجات التدريبية للمعلمين من خلال تقارير المساءلة الإدارية، فربما يقع بعض المعلمين في الأخطاء الإدارية والفنية نتيجة لقلة خبرة أو ضعف معرفة، عمل اجتماعات دورية لمناقشة المشکلات التي تتکرر من المعلمين وذلک بغرض الوصول إلى وضع حلول مناسبة لها لضمان عدم تکرارها ورفع مستوى أداء المعلمين، تشجيع المبدعين من المعلمين لحفز الآخرين على القيام بأعمال إبداعية، الاهتمام بتطبيق لائحة أخلاقيات العمل من قبل قادة المدارس. The aim of the study was to identify the relationship between administrative accountability and the level of performance of the teachers in the schools of Balqarn governorate,and in order to achieve the objective of the study, the correlational descriptive approach was used, and a questionnaire was applied to a random sample of (152) teachers from the study community ,community, (597) teachers. The study resulted in a number of findings, the most important of which are: In general, administrative accountability is applied in administrative and technical fields largely in general education schools. It also showed that the level of teachers' performance is high, and revealed that a positive relationship between administrative accountability and the performance of teachers, and showed that There were statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0,05) responses of the sample members of the study to the degree of application of administrative accountability, and the level of performance of teachers in Balqarn governorate from the point of view of the beneficiaries attributed to the variables of the educational stage and the scientific qualification. It also found that there were no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0,05) responses of the sample of the study to the degree of application of administrative accountability and the level of performance of teachers in Balqarn governorate from the point of view of the workers due to the variable years of experience. The results of the study included a number of recommendations, the most important of which were the results of the study.: Dissemination of the culture of administrative accountability at the level of public education schools, which has a clear impact on raising the level of the performance of teachers, the identification of the training needs of teachers through administrative accountability reports, some teachers may fall into administrative and technical errors due to lack of experience or lack of knowledge , To conduct periodic meetings to discuss the recurrent problems of teachers in order to reach the appropriate solutions to ensure that it does not repeat and raise the level of performance of teachers, encourage creative teachers to stimulate others to do creative work, attention to the application of the Code of Ethics of the work by school leaders.
