ملخص الدراسة:

هدفت الدراسة تعرف مدى توافر معايير استراتيجيات التقويم الأکاديمي الواقعي في أساليب التقويم المستخدمة بکليات العلوم والدراسات الإنسانية في جامعة شقراء من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس بها، ومعرفة الفروق في ممارسة أعضاء هيئة التدريس لاستراتيجيات التقويم الواقعي تبعاً لمتغيرات الدراسة" التخصص، والخبرة، و النوع"، وقد استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي المسحي، والاستبانة کأداة للدراسة، وتکونت عينة الدراسة من جميع أعضاء هيئة التدريس بکليات العلوم والدراسات الإنسانية في جامعة شقراء خلال الفصل الدراسي الثاني من العام الدراسي 1438/1439هـ.وقد بلغت عينة الدراسة (329) من مجتمع الدراسة، والبالغ عددهم (609) عضواً، وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى نتائج من أهمها: درجة استخدام محور الإعداد والتخطيط کبيرة، أما محور تنفيذ التقويم الأکاديمي الواقعي فقد کانت درجة الاستخدام متوسطة، وکذلک محور المتابعة البعدية، وقد إشارة نتائج الدراسة إلى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين استجابات عينة الدراسة تعود لاختلاف تخصص أفراد العينة، ولا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين استجابات عينة الدراسة تعود لاختلاف عدد سنوات خبرة أفراد العينة، ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين استجابات عينة الدراسة تعود لاختلاف نوع العينة، وکانت تلک الفروق لصالح عينة الذکور. The present study aimed to identify the degree of availability of the degree of availability of the standards of the realistic academic evaluation strategies in the evaluation methods used in colleges of science and humanities, Shaqra University from its teaching staff view points, and identifying the differences in using the realistic evaluation strategies by the teaching staff in using the realistic evaluation strategies according to the study variables: "Field of Specification, Experience and Gender." The researcher used the survey analytical methodology and a questionnaire in the present study as a study tool. The study sample contained all the teaching staff of colleges of science and humanities in Shaqra University during the second semester of the academic year 1438-1439 H. The study sample reached (329) of the study population which was (609) members. The findings of the present study showed that the degree of using the axis of preparation and planning was great, while the degree of using the axis of implementation of the realistic academic evaluation was medium, the same as the post Follow-up axis. The findings of the present study also showed that: there were significant statistical differences between the responses of the study sample because of the differences in the field of specification of the study sample, and there were no significant statistical differences between the responses of the study sample because of the years of experience of the study sample and there were significant statistical differences between the responses of the study sample because of the gender of the study sample, these differences were in favor of the male in the study sample.
