ملخص الدراسة:

Study aim: This study aimed to reveal the effectiveness of the proposed training program that is based on active learning strategies in the development of creative teaching skills of the mathematics teachers in the elementary level. The study population: consisted of mathematics teachers for the fifth and sixth grades in public schools affiliated to the Directorate of Education /west of Gaza, during the second semester for the academic year 2015/2016. The total of female and male teachers was (50). The study sample: consisted of (27) teachers who were randomly selected. Study methodology: The researcher has followed the experimental approach using one experimental group that was trained on the proposed program’s skills for a period of (24) hours distributed among (8) meetings. The study tools: It was the creative teaching performance observation card. The card consists of 20 points, which represents the creative teaching skills that are distributed on 4 axes (Educational Skills, Behaviors that Facilitate Creativity, Teaching for Conceptual Understanding, and Assessment for student’s learning). Study most important findings: - The presence of differences of statistical significance between the mean of the teacher’s scores in the study sample of the teaching performance observation card in the pre application and the post application. - The proposed program is very efficient, that, The Earning Ratios for “MC gogian” was 0.7, which is larger than the acceptable efficacy level, this demonstrates that the proposed program is acceptable efficacy gained creative teaching and the four sub-skills . Study most important recommendations: - The need to employ a variety of strategies and to organize an appropriate classroom environment for creativity. - The curriculum designers should diversify the evaluation methods, and do for curriculum integration. - The researcher also recommends educational supervisors to focus on the creative practices of teachers through classes and training.
