The current study aimed at identifying the relationship between work stresses and the job satisfaction Palestinian teacher had. It also aimed to recognize the incorporal differences in work stresses and job satisfaction scales in regard to the following variables: gender, school type, qualification, and years of experience. The study sample consisted of (330) male and female teachers selected from the study population that included the teachers who worked in both governmental and UNRWA schools in Khanyunis governorate.
