ملخص الدراسة:
This research aimed to design e-learning environment and measure its_x000D__x000D_
effectiveness in developing learning object design skills, Researches used_x000D__x000D_
"Khames model"(2003) to design and develop the e-learning environment,_x000D__x000D_
Research sample was (29) students from education faculty, Researches design a_x000D__x000D_
test and observation sheet for this study._x000D__x000D_
The study revealed that there is a significant differences at (≥α0.05) between_x000D__x000D_
the pre-test and the post test at the exam and the observation sheet in favor for_x000D__x000D_
the post-test and the post observation sheet, the study also revealed that_x000D__x000D_
"Black" factor for both the exam and the observation sheet was (Black≤1),that_x000D__x000D_
mean there is a big effectiveness for the e-learning environment in developing_x000D__x000D_
(LO) design skills, also there was a big effect for the e-learning environment_x000D__x000D_
(η2≤0.14) in developing (LO) design skills.
