ملخص الدراسة:

This study aimed at identifying the role of the scientific researches in developing the educational process in general education stages in Gaza Governorate from the educational supervisors' perspectives. It also aimed at identifying if there are statistical differences at the level (α ≤ 0.05) in the degrees average of the supervisors' estimation to this role due to the variables (gender, scholar stage, scientific qualification, years of experience and specialization ). The researchers used the descriptive analytical method and the questionnaire was used as a tool for the study. The results showed that: _x000D_
• The third field of the study got the first rank with a relative weight (78.2), and the second field got the third rank with a relative weight (74.6), and the second field got the fourth rank with a relative weight (71.0)._x000D_
• There were no statistical differences due to the variables (gender, scholar stage, scientific qualification, years of experience and specialization) _x000D_
The study recommended the necessity of preparing a national research map and establishing scientific research centers to make good use of the researches results to develop the educational process.
