ملخص الدراسة:

This study tackles the issue of compensation for damage caused by incitement. The study clarifies the broad meaning of incitement and the Islamic ruling upon it. The study also explain its forms, divisions, means, motives, types, and the legality of compensation for damage caused by the illegal incitement. These issues are explained through three chapters as follows: Chapter one: In this chapter, the study discussed the meaning of incitement, the Islamic ruling upon it, and its means. This is done through three sections: Firstly: the concept and forms of incitement, secondly: the means of incitement, and thirdly: the Islamic ruling upon incitement leading to damage, and the prescribed penalty. Chapter two: In this chapter, the study discussed the compensation for the damage and its causes. This is done through two sections: Firstly: the concept of compensation, and secondly: the reasons for compensation and its forms. Chapter three: In this chapter, the study discussed the Islamic ruling upon compensation and its estimation through two sections: Firstly: the Islamic ruling upon compensation, and secondly: liability for compensation and its estimation. Finally, the conclusion listed the findings, recommendations, and general indexes.
