The study aims at identifying the possibility of using force by the Muslim army; whether it allowed or permitted. Also, the researcher tries to specify the restrictions on using force in wars. To answer these questions, the researcher has studied the concept of Jihad and force, and tackled the restrictions on using the military force in Islam. The study proves that Islam has put different restrictions on the army: 1. Religious Restrictions: fighting for Allah's sake, avoiding aggression, fearing Allah, etc...
